Annex — Senior UX Designer
Jul 2025 - Oct 2026
- Redesigned the AUSTRAC, cyber.gov.au and Department of Finance websites, and built the design system for each, including reusable components, design tokens and responsive specifications
- Designed navigation, search, filters, content templates, wizards and data tables for complex regulatory and government content
- Worked with partner agency Pragma on the cyber.gov.au redesign for the Australian Signals Directorate, covering multi-level mega navigation, publication and alert browsing, and news and blog templates
- Extended existing design-system components instead of creating one-off patterns, keeping interfaces consistent and simpler to build
- Designed a proof of concept for Icon Water’s community engagement portal, including project maps, ideas, surveys and responsive desktop and mobile layouts
- Collaborated with developers, content specialists and government stakeholders through to handoff
Mudbath / Endava — Senior UX/Product Designer
Mar 2022 - Jun 2025
- Designed a unified self-service member portal for nib’s travel insurance brands, covering policy management, cancellations and a simplified claims flow with document upload
- Ran usability testing across several international markets and claim types to improve the portal’s clarity and accessibility
- Built a Design Language System for Orica that brought six client-facing platforms under one standard, with a shared Figma and code component library and a documentation hub
- Designed Sandvik’s Ground Support app, an offline-first mobile tool used by geotechnical engineers underground across 150 countries
- Interviewed engineers and mining personnel in Australia and Canada to shape Sandvik’s product guides, engineering calculators and multilingual content
